SPL Parts Front Tie Rod Ends (TRE) are engineered to correct bump steer issues that arise from modified suspension geometry, such as increased caster or altered lower control arm positioning. By allowing the tie rod end pivot point to be relocated, these ends optimize the steering arc to maintain alignment settings throughout the suspension travel, leading to more predictable handling and reduced lap times.
On significantly lowered vehicles, relocating the pivot point prevents the tie rod from binding against the chassis or steering rack components. This relief of mechanical stress prevents inner tie rods from bending or breaking under high-load racing conditions. Designed, engineered, and assembled in the USA, these components provide the durability required for track-focused builds.
