The ST Suspensions ST X Coilover Kit is engineered for the enthusiast who wants a balance of daily-driven comfort and aggressive handling. Developed in collaboration with KW, these coilovers feature vehicle-specific spring rates and damping profiles tuned by dynamics engineers in Germany. The kit allows for precise ride height adjustment using a unique trapezoidal thread pitch on galvanized zinc-coated steel struts, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and longevity.
Each ST X kit is hand-built and verified on a shock dyno before shipping. The system utilizes a durable, friction-optimized polyamide composite spring perch reinforced with a stainless steel insert to prevent oxidation between the strut and the adjuster. To protect the internal valving, an integrated dust protection system and resilient elastomer bump stops act as dynamic load limiters, maintaining ride quality even under heavy compression.
