Engineered for high-performance exhaust systems and custom fabrication, this Stainless Bros 3.0-inch valve provides precise control over exhaust flow and acoustics. Designed with a Normally Closed (NC) configuration, the valve remains shut during vacuum or idle conditions and utilizes boost pressure to actuate the opening mechanism. This setup is ideal for bypass or cutout applications where a quiet idle is preferred, but maximum flow is required under load.
Constructed entirely from 304 stainless steel, this valve is built to survive the high-heat environment of a performance exhaust while maintaining excellent corrosion resistance. The heavy-duty actuator ensures consistent operation even under extreme thermal stress.
