The TiAL Sport MVR (MV-R) 44mm external wastegate delivers precise boost control in a compact, high-performance package. Engineered for extreme thermal loads, the MV-R features a 347 stainless steel valve housing and a high-temperature NiCrFe alloy valve, ensuring reliability under the most demanding racing conditions. This unit is equipped with integrated water-cooling ports to stabilize actuator temperatures without affecting performance, though use of these ports is optional.
- Includes full spring set for adjustable boost pressures from 0.3 to 1.7 bar
- High-temperature 17-7 PH stainless steel actuator spring resists functional fatigue up to 900°F (485°C)
- Three lower and two upper air ports simplify vacuum line routing and clocking
- Blue anodized 6061-T6 aluminum actuator top
- V-band inlet and outlet for secure, leak-free installation and easy removal
- Includes TiAL part number 002948, V-band flanges, and sealing clamps
