The TiAL Sport MVR 44mm external wastegate is a compact, high-performance solution for precise turbocharger boost control. Designed as a direct upgrade for the original V44, the MVR features a shorter overall height to fit into tight engine bays without sacrificing flow or reliability. This complete kit includes every available spring, allowing you to tune your boost pressure across a wide range of settings to match your specific build requirements.
Built to handle extreme exhaust temperatures, the MVR utilizes a high-temperature NiCrFe-based alloy for the valve and a 347 stainless steel valve housing. The actuator top is CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum and finished in a durable purple anodizing. For high-heat applications, integrated water cooling ports are included to maintain stable diaphragm temperatures and consistent performance.
