The TiAL Sport MVS (MV-S) 38mm external wastegate is engineered for high-performance turbocharged applications where engine bay space is limited. At only 3.7 inches in height, this compact wastegate provides superior boost control without the bulk of traditional units. The MVS features integrated water-cooling ports that allow for temperature management in extreme environments, though they can be left plugged if not required.
- High-Temp Construction: Features a high-temperature NiCrFe-based alloy valve and 347 stainless steel valve housing for maximum durability under high exhaust gas temperatures.
- Precise Boost Control: Comes with a complete set of 17-7 PH stainless steel actuator springs, allowing you to fine-tune your boost pressure exactly to your requirements.
- Secure Sealing: Utilizes Nitronic 60 stainless steel for the valve guide and valve seat to ensure long-term reliability and resistance to galling.
- Complete Kit: Includes the MVS assembly, all tuning springs, two TiAL V-band clamps, two TiAL V-band flanges, and all necessary air and water fittings.
