The TiAL Sport V60 is a high-capacity 60mm external wastegate engineered for high-horsepower turbocharged applications that require maximum flow and precise boost control. As the largest wastegate in the TiAL lineup, the V60 is designed to handle extreme exhaust volumes and heat. This unit features a 1.048 Bar (15.21 PSI) spring and a black anodized actuator top for a clean, durable finish.
Built with a high-temperature NiCrFe based alloy valve and a 347 stainless steel valve housing, this wastegate provides exceptional longevity under racing conditions. The actuator utilizes a high-temperature Nomex-reinforced silicone diaphragm for reliable performance. The included V-band inlet and outlet flanges make installation and service straightforward while ensuring a leak-free seal.
