The Ticon Industries Mikalor Supra W2 Heavy-Duty Hose Clamp (73-79mm) is engineered for high-pressure automotive and industrial applications where standard worm-gear clamps lack the necessary clamping force. Part of the renowned Supra series, this clamp provides a uniform, 360-degree seal ideal for intercooler piping, turbocharger hoses, and heavy-duty cooling systems.
The W2 series construction utilizes a stainless steel band and housing for excellent corrosion resistance, while the high-strength zinc-plated steel bolt allows for significantly higher torque specs than traditional clamps. To ensure long-term reliability and hose integrity, the band features beveled edges that prevent the clamp from cutting into silicone or reinforced rubber surfaces during high-tension installation.
