The Torque Solution HKS Blow Off Valve Modular Weld-On Flange Kit provides a precision mounting solution for integrating an HKS SSQV blow off valve into custom intercooler piping. This universal kit is designed for forced induction applications where a secure, leak-free weld-on connection is required on aluminum charge pipes.
Constructed from CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet aluminum, this kit features a modular two-piece design. By welding the base to the piping and bolting the BOV adapter to the base, you gain the ability to service or swap your blow off valve without having to cut or modify your piping again. The high-grade aluminum ensures excellent weldability and structural integrity under high-boost conditions.
