The Turbosmart Gen V 74mm Diaphragm Replacement Kit is a precision-engineered service component designed to restore the seal integrity and boost response of your external wastegate. Over time, the extreme heat cycles and high-pressure duty cycles of a turbocharged engine can wear down internal seals. This kit allows for a direct internal refresh to maintain consistent manifold pressure and gate operation.

- Designed specifically for Gen V 38mm and 40mm external wastegates
- Restores pneumatic control and valve response
Note on Compatibility: This kit is strictly for Gen V series wastegates. It is not compatible with Gen 4 or earlier wastegate models. It does not suit Gen V CG/CO2-specific wastegates or the ALV40 Anti-Lag Valve (refer to part number TS-0550-3059 for those applications).
