The Turbosmart RacePort Gen V is a compact, high-performance blow off valve designed for competition-level turbocharged engines. Engineered with a CFD-driven internal flow structure and a unique locking collar, the RacePort provides a massive 330 CFM flow rate—making it the highest-flowing BOV of its type. Despite its high output, the billet 6000 series aluminum construction allows it to be 50% lighter and 25% smaller than the competition.
This Gen V unit features a MILSPEC hard-anodized valve guide and stem for maximum durability under extreme boost pressures. The high-temperature proprietary Silicon Nomex diaphragm ensures consistent response even in the most demanding engine bays. Each RacePort is designed for easy installation with a quick-release aluminum V-band and includes twin 1/8" NPT reference ports for flexible plumbing.
