The Turbosmart Gen V WG45 HyperGate45 is a high-performance 45mm external wastegate engineered for motorsport-level boost control and extreme thermal durability. This Gen V unit offers class-leading flow performance and fatigue resistance, utilizing a modular design that allows for extensive configuration and 360-degree actuator clocking to fit tight engine bays.
Constructed with a high-temperature 347 stainless steel body and a Nitronic 60 valve guide, the WG45 (MPN: TS-0553-1012) is built to withstand the harshest exhaust environments. The internal 17-7 PH stainless steel springs provide consistent pressure, while the optional liquid cooling ports allow for additional thermal management in high-heat applications.
