The Turbosmart Gen4 Comp-Gate40 is a high-performance 40mm external wastegate engineered for tight engine bays where space is at a premium. Despite its compact footprint, it provides superior exhaust flow and heat handling for precise boost control. This wastegate features a investment-cast stainless steel body and a CNC-machined aluminum actuator housing for maximum durability.
Internally, the Comp-Gate40 utilizes a proprietary high-temperature silicone Nomex diaphragm and a solid one-piece stainless steel valve to maintain consistent performance under extreme thermal loads. The unique locking collar design facilitates easier service and spring changes, while the twin 1/16" NPT ports offer flexible reference line routing.
- 40mm V-Band inlet and outlet for secure, leak-free fitment

- Pre-installed with a 14psi spring (compatible with 3psi to 26psi springs)
