The Turbosmart IWG75 series internal wastegate actuator is engineered to provide superior boost response and stability for factory-frame turbochargers. By utilizing an increased working ratio over factory equipment, the IWG75 improves boost curve performance throughout the entire RPM range. This unit is built to handle high-heat environments while maintaining precise wastegate positioning, preventing premature gate opening and boost drop-off.
- High-grade billet aluminum construction with black finish
- Pre-installed 7 PSI spring (compatible with optional springs from 3psi to 26psi)
- Proprietary Silicone Nomex reinforced diaphragm for extreme thermal resistance
- Corrosion-resistant stainless steel rods and clevis
- Turbosmart unique locking collar system for rapid internal maintenance and spring changes
