The Turbosmart IWG75 Series internal wastegate actuators are engineered to provide maximum boost response for factory-frame turbochargers. By increasing the working ratio over original equipment, the IWG75 delivers improved boost response and flatter boost curves throughout the entire RPM range.
This universal actuator is built for durability and precision, featuring a high-grade billet aluminum housing and a proprietary silicone Nomex diaphragm designed to withstand extreme temperatures. The unique locking collar system allows for quick spring changes, while the stainless steel rod and clevis ensure corrosion resistance and smooth operation under high-heat conditions.
