The Turbosmart IWG75 Internal Wastegate Actuator is engineered to provide superior boost control and faster response compared to standard factory units. By utilizing a larger diaphragm surface area and high-grade spring tension, the IWG75 prevents the wastegate flapper from blowing open prematurely under high exhaust backpressure. This ensures your turbocharger maintains target boost pressure consistently throughout the RPM range for improved power delivery.
Built for durability in high-heat engine bays, this universal actuator features a CNC-machined billet aluminum housing and a proprietary Silicon Nomex reinforced diaphragm. The unique locking collar design allows for easier spring changes and maintenance, while the stainless steel M6 rod and clevis ensure long-term corrosion resistance and precise adjustment for custom turbocharger configurations.
