Fits VW Golf R models equipped with the K04 turbocharger. This Turbosmart IWG75 Internal Wastegate Actuator provides a significant upgrade over the factory diaphragm-style actuator, offering improved boost stability and faster response.
Designed to handle the high-heat environment of the K04 turbo, the IWG75 is manufactured from 6061 billet aluminum and features a high-temperature silicone reinforced Nomex diaphragm. This ensures consistent boost control across the entire RPM range, preventing boost creep and ensuring the wastegate flapper remains closed when needed. The actuator comes pre-configured with a 5 PSI base spring, making it an ideal choice for stock or moderately tuned setups requiring precise pressure management.
