The Turbosmart IWG75 Internal Wastegate Actuator is engineered to provide maximum boost response for factory-frame turbochargers. Specifically designed for Borg Warner B1 series units, this actuator features an increased working ratio compared to original equipment, resulting in faster spool and improved boost stability throughout the entire RPM range.
Constructed from high-grade billet aluminum, the IWG75 is built to withstand the high-heat environment of the engine bay. It utilizes a proprietary silicone Nomex diaphragm and stainless steel rods to ensure long-term reliability and precise flapper control. The unique locking collar system allows for easier spring changes and maintenance.
