The Turbosmart IWG75 Internal Wastegate Actuator (TS-0620-3142) is a performance upgrade for BorgWarner B2 turbochargers utilizing a 160mm rod configuration. Designed to replace factory actuators, the IWG75 series provides a superior working ratio to maximize boost response and maintain flatter boost curves throughout the RPM range.
Built for durability and precision, this actuator features high-grade billet aluminum construction and Turbosmart’s proprietary silicone Nomex diaphragm, ensuring thermal stability under extreme manifold temperatures. The unique locking collar system allows for fast spring changes, while the stainless steel rod and clevis resist corrosion and mechanical wear.
