The Turbosmart Gen V UltraGate 38 (TS-0551-1012) is a motorsport-grade 38mm external wastegate engineered for high-performance turbocharged applications where space and reliability are paramount. As part of the Gen V range, this unit offers superior flow performance and thermal management, maintaining the traditional 3-bolt flange mounting for easy integration into existing manifolds.
Designed to handle extreme exhaust environments, the UltraGate 38 features a high-temp 347 stainless steel body and a Nitronic 60 valve guide. The 17/7 PH stainless steel springs ensure consistent boost control, while the optional liquid actuator cooling ports provide additional thermal protection for endurance racing or high-heat setups. This model comes pre-configured with a 14psi spring pressure.
