The Turbosmart Gen V WG38 UltraGate 38 is a motorsport-proven external wastegate designed for high-performance applications where reliability and precise boost control are paramount. This 38mm unit features class-leading CFD and bench-validated flow performance, housed in a compact architecture for easier engine bay packaging.
Constructed with a high-temperature 347 stainless steel body and a Nitronic 60 valve guide, the UltraGate 38 provides exceptional fatigue resistance and thermal management. The traditional 3-bolt flange configuration allows for straightforward orientation and installation. This wastegate comes pre-configured with 14psi 17/7 PH stainless steel springs and includes integrated liquid actuator cooling ports for use in extreme heat environments.
