The Turbosmart Gen-V Comp-Gate40 HP (High Pressure) is a motorsport-proven 40mm external wastegate designed for high-boost applications where precision and thermal stability are critical. This actuator is engineered to handle extreme exhaust temperatures and high manifold pressures, providing consistent boost control for high-performance forced induction systems.
Built for longevity in harsh environments, the Comp-Gate40 HP features a 347 stainless steel body and a Nitronic 60 valve guide for exceptional fatigue resistance. The rotatable actuator housing allows for 360-degree clocking of the reference signal ports, ensuring clean vacuum line routing even in cramped engine bays. For extreme duty cycles, the actuator includes integrated liquid cooling ports to protect the diaphragm from heat soak.
