The Turbosmart GenV WG45 Hyper-Gate 45 is a motorsport-proven 45mm external wastegate engineered for maximum flow performance and superior thermal management. Designed to replace previous generations with a smaller, lighter footprint, the WG45 utilizes CFD-validated geometry and a high-temperature 347 stainless steel body to ensure precise boost control under extreme exhaust conditions.
This 14psi purple-anodized unit features a modular actuator housing that can be rotated 360 degrees, allowing for flexible vacuum port routing in tight engine bays. To handle the most demanding heat cycles, the wastegate includes integrated liquid cooling ports and a Nitronic 60 valve guide for exceptional fatigue resistance.
