The Turbosmart GenV Hyper-Gate 45 (WG45) is a high-performance 45mm external wastegate engineered for advanced boost control strategies. It is specifically designed for applications that actively bias the top chamber with high pressure, such as CO2-controlled drag racing or compressed air systems in WRC applications. This design provides a massive boost bandwidth and precise manifold pressure management.
- Constructed with a high-temp 347 stainless steel body and a Nitronic 60 valve guide for superior fatigue resistance.
- Features class-leading CFD-validated flow performance and thermal management.
- Modular actuator design allows for 360-degree rotation and easy component interchangeability.
- Equipped with 17/7 PH stainless steel springs for consistent performance under extreme heat.
- Integrated liquid actuator cooling ports for high-duty cycle environments.
- Includes strap-type V-band clamps for a secure, leak-free seal.
