The Turbosmart Gen-V WG45 Hyper-Gate 45 Lite is a high-performance 45mm external wastegate designed for applications where space is limited but flow capacity cannot be compromised. This Gen-V series unit features a modular actuator housing, allowing for 360-degree rotation to simplify vacuum hose routing in cramped engine bays.
Engineered for stability and heat resistance, this wastegate utilizes a high-temperature stainless steel valve guide and a liquid-cooled actuator housing for consistent boost control under extreme thermal loads. The Lite version provides a more compact footprint while maintaining the industry-standard flow characteristics of the 45mm platform.
