The Turbosmart Gen-V Motorsport range is engineered specifically for the rigors of endurance racing and high-heat environments. This WG45 Hyper-Gate 45 incorporates a CFD-designed and real-world validated heatsink between the wastegate body and the actuator. Combined with a ceramic isolator, this design maximizes distance and thermal shielding to protect the actuator from extreme exhaust temperatures while aiding in valve and guide cooling for a longer service life.
- Class-leading thermal performance and fatigue resistance for motorsport applications
- High-temperature 347 stainless steel body with Nitronic 60 valve guide
- 17-7 PH stainless steel springs for consistent 14psi base pressure
- 45mm V-band fitment with included strap-type V-band clamps
- Rotatable actuator housing allows for precise 360-degree positioning of air ports
- Optional liquid actuator cooling ports for additional temperature management
- Compatible with optional position sensor (sold separately)
