The Turbosmart Gen V Power-Gate 60 (eWG60) is a 60mm fully electronic external wastegate that delivers precise boost control without the limitations of traditional pneumatic systems. Built on the race-proven Gen V architecture, this electronic actuator eliminates the need for reference lines, CO2 tanks, or solenoid valves, allowing for infinitely adjustable valve positioning via your ECU.
Engineered for extreme thermal environments, the eWG60 features a high-temperature 347 stainless steel body and Nitronic 60 valve guides. To ensure electronics longevity in high-heat engine bays, the actuator is liquid-cooled. Integrated sensors provide real-time feedback, including an analog actuator temperature sensor and dual (analog and PWM) valve position sensors for maximum tuning accuracy.
