The Turbosmart GenV WG50 Pro-Gate 50 is a motorsport-grade 50mm external wastegate designed for high-flow capacity and extreme thermal stability. Engineered using CFD analysis and bench-validated for flow performance, the Pro-Gate 50 (TS-0554-1013) provides precise boost control for high-horsepower applications. Its modular design features a clockable actuator housing, allowing for easy orientation of vacuum ports in cramped engine bays.
- Constructed with a high-temperature 347 stainless steel body and a Nitronic 60 valve guide for superior fatigue resistance.
- Includes 17-7 PH stainless steel springs for consistent pressure at high operating temperatures.
- Equipped with integrated liquid cooling ports for optional use in extreme heat environments.
- Strap-type V-band clamps ensure a secure, leak-free seal on 50mm fitment flanges.
- Compatible with optional Turbosmart position sensors for precise data logging of valve movement.
