Constructed from high-grade T304 stainless steel with a 16-gauge (0.065-inch) wall thickness, this U-bend offers excellent corrosion resistance and high-temperature durability. Each tube is mandrel-bent to maintain its 1.75-inch outside diameter through the entire 2.625-inch centerline radius, ensuring consistent exhaust gas velocity and structural integrity. The material arrives with a clean finish, requiring minimal preparation for professional TIG or MIG welding.
