Constructed from high-grade T304 stainless steel, this Vibrant Performance 90-degree mandrel bend is engineered for professional fabricators building custom exhaust systems, headers, downpipes, and intake plumbing. Unlike traditional crush-bent tubing, mandrel bending maintains a consistent inner diameter throughout the entire radius to eliminate flow restrictions and turbulence.
The 16-gauge (0.065") wall thickness provides the ideal balance between weight and structural integrity, while the T304 alloy ensures maximum resistance to heat and atmospheric corrosion. These bends are manufactured to tight dimensional tolerances and require minimal preparation for high-quality TIG or MIG welding.
