Constructed from lightweight 6063 aluminum, this Vibrant Performance 90-degree mandrel-bent tube is engineered for fabricating custom intake systems, intercooler piping, and turbo cooling setups. The 6063 alloy offers excellent weldability and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for both pressurized forced induction and naturally aspirated applications.
This universal tubing maintains a consistent 3.25-inch outer diameter throughout the bend to ensure optimal airflow and minimal turbulence. With a 3.25-inch center line radius and 5-inch leg lengths, it provides the necessary clearance for complex engine bay routing.
