The Vibrant 13202 is a 3-inch nominal size oval mandrel bend engineered for custom exhaust fabrication where ground clearance and space constraints are critical factors. This vertical 90-degree bend allows fabricators to route high-flow exhaust systems through tight chassis tunnels or under low-slung vehicles without sacrificing flow area compared to traditional round tubing.
Constructed from 16-gauge (0.049") T304 stainless steel, this mandrel bend provides superior corrosion resistance and durability for long-term use in high-heat environments. The mandrel bending process ensures a consistent cross-sectional area throughout the 90-degree sweep, preventing turbulence and backpressure. Each unit features 6-inch leg lengths on both ends, providing ample material for trimming and fitment to your specific project needs.
