Vibrant Performance CP1 Grade Titanium Pie Cuts are engineered for high-end fabrication where weight reduction and material integrity are critical. These 4.0-inch O.D. sections are ideal for building custom exhaust systems, intake piping, or intercooler plumbing. Manufactured from commercially pure Grade 1 titanium, they offer exceptional corrosion resistance and a superior strength-to-weight ratio compared to traditional stainless steel.
Supplied as a bag of six unwelded segments, these pie cuts allow fabricators to achieve complex, precise bends and tight radii without the need for a mandrel bender. Each piece is precision-cut and ready for TIG welding, ensuring clean joints and a professional finish for high-performance forced induction or naturally aspirated projects.
