This makes 321 stainless the preferred choice for forced induction applications, turbo manifolds, and high-heat exhaust components where material integrity is critical.
Beyond its thermal threshold, 321 stainless steel offers enhanced resistance to intergranular corrosion and handles tensile stress and stress-induced fractures more effectively than standard 304. Each bend is produced using precision mandrel tooling to ensure consistent wall thickness and diameter throughout the radius, maintaining optimal exhaust gas velocity.
