Vibrant Performance horizontal oval pie cuts are engineered for precision exhaust fabrication where space is at a premium. These segments allow fabricators to create custom-angle bends that maintain the flow characteristics of a 3-inch nominal tube while providing the low-profile advantages of an oval shape. By using 15-degree increments, you can achieve complex geometries and tight-clearance routing that standard mandrel bends cannot accommodate.
Each segment is manufactured from high-grade 304 stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and a clean surface for TIG welding. The horizontal orientation is specifically designed to maximize ground clearance on lowered vehicles or to pass through narrow chassis sections.
