This Vibrant Performance exhaust manifold flange is engineered for professional fabricators building high-performance headers or turbo manifolds. Laser-cut from 1/2-inch thick mild steel, this flange provides superior resistance to warping and heat distortion compared to thinner alternatives, ensuring a reliable, leak-free seal against the cylinder head even under extreme thermal stress.
Each flange features port openings specifically optimized for use with either standard wall round tubing or Schedule 10 weld fittings, significantly reducing the labor required for port matching and transition grinding during the fabrication process.
