This Vibrant Performance exhaust manifold flange is engineered for fabricators building custom headers or turbo manifolds for the Honda and Acura D-Series platform. Precision-machined from 1/2-inch thick mild steel, this heavy-duty flange provides the structural integrity required to resist warping during the welding process and throughout extreme heat cycles. To ensure smooth exhaust flow and a professional fit, Vibrant has optimized the exhaust port sizes to match either standard wall round tubing or Schedule 10 weld fittings.
