At 3/8-inch (9.5mm) thick, the flange offers superior resistance to warping and heat-cycling fatigue, ensuring a reliable seal against the cylinder head even under high-performance conditions.
Vibrant Performance has optimized the exhaust port dimensions of the 1460D to ensure a proper match for either standard wall round tubing or Schedule 10 weld fittings, streamlining the fabrication process and maintaining exhaust gas velocity for better flow.
