This Wehrli Custom Fab 3.5" High Flow Passenger (Cold) Side Intercooler Pipe replaces the failure-prone factory plastic component with a heavy-duty, 14-gauge fabricated aluminum upgrade. Designed for improved airflow between the turbo and engine, this pipe increases throttle response and turbo spool-up while eliminating the common boost leaks associated with factory components. The larger diameter and smooth bends ensure maximum efficiency for hard-working trucks and high-performance applications alike.

Construction features a CNC machined flange with double O-ring seals to provide a superior sealing surface compared to OE designs. It includes an upgraded silicone hump boot and stainless steel T-bolt clamps specifically engineered to withstand higher boost pressures without blowing off. This bolt-on kit is compatible with stock trucks and requires no additional tuning or modifications for installation.
