This heavy-duty upgrade replaces the failure-prone, two-piece factory plastic pipe with a single-piece, 14-gauge aluminum construction designed to withstand significantly higher boost pressures. By swapping the problematic OEM clip ring design for a CNC-machined billet aluminum adapter and high-quality silicone boots secured by stainless steel T-bolt clamps, this kit provides a superior seal that prevents boost leaks and blown-off boots.

This intercooler pipe features an integrated threaded bung for the factory Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor and a CNC-machined flange with double O-rings for a precision fit. Finished in a durable Gloss Black powder coat, this kit is a 100% bolt-on solution that requires no tuning or additional modifications.
