Upgrade your L5P Duramax's charge air system with the Wehrli Custom Fab 3.5-inch High Flow Passenger Side Intercooler Pipe. This one-piece upgrade replaces the restrictive factory two-piece plastic pipe, which is prone to failure under increased boost. Constructed from 14-gauge aluminum, this cold-side pipe is designed to handle higher boost pressures while increasing reliability and eliminating the common issue of blown factory boots and boost leaks.

The assembly features a CNC-machined flange with a double O-ring seal for a precision fit against the intercooler. It replaces the OEM clip ring design with a high-quality silicone boot and black anodized billet aluminum adapter, secured by stainless steel T-bolt clamps. This kit is a direct bolt-on solution for stock trucks and requires no additional tuning or modifications.
