The Whiteline BTR46X 30mm fixed position sway bar is engineered to reduce body roll and increase cornering grip for the 80 and 105 series chassis. By better distributing lateral loads across the tires, this heavy-duty upgrade improves handling stability and safety without compromising ride quality. The 30mm solid spring steel construction replaces the smaller factory bar to provide a more stable platform during cornering and off-road articulation.
This kit features Whiteline's advanced synthetic elastomer bushings, designed with internal bore knurling and grease retention lips for consistent lubrication and silent operation. The bar is finished with a durable protective plating and powder coating to resist corrosion in harsh underbody environments. For a complete installation, the kit includes DIY lateral locks to prevent the bar from shifting sideways under heavy cornering loads.
