Wilwood D8-4 rear calipers are engineered as a direct bolt-on replacement for the original factory calipers on C3 Corvettes. These calipers address the common failure points of the OE design, such as internal rust, bore pitting, and seal degradation, by utilizing modern materials and precision manufacturing. The forged billet aluminum bodies offer significant weight savings over cast iron without sacrificing clamping stiffness.

- Stainless steel pistons and high-temperature seals to prevent corrosion and leaks
