Constructed from high-pressure die-cast aluminum, the Wilwood High Volume Tandem Master Cylinder is designed for manual brake applications on many domestic cars and trucks from the mid-1960s to the present. This unit features a 15/16-inch bore and a durable black e-coat finish, weighing only 3 lbs—a 75% weight reduction compared to traditional cast iron OE master cylinders.
This master cylinder offers versatile plumbing options with fluid outlet ports located on both sides of the bore. It is engineered with a 1.10-inch stroke and a 2:1 volume ratio between the primary and secondary chambers to ensure consistent pedal feel and pressure distribution. For those requiring a complete setup, this unit is compatible with the Wilwood combination proportioning valve kit (PN 260-13190) or retrofit kit (PN 220-13189).
