The Wiseco RCS09900 is a professional-grade 99mm piston ring compressor sleeve engineered to ensure precise, damage-free piston installation. Designed for high-performance engine assembly, this tool features a smooth internal radius that tapers down to the specific 99mm bore size, compressing rings evenly and smoothly as the piston passes through the sleeve into the cylinder block.
To handle the demands of frequent engine builds, Wiseco constructs these sleeves with a black hard-anodized finish and a Teflon coating. This combination significantly reduces friction and provides excellent wear resistance, preventing the scuffing of piston skirts or delicate ring faces. This dedicated sleeve is especially effective for installing high-tension oil rings which can be difficult to seat with universal tools.
