These pistons are machined in the USA from 2618 forged aluminum alloy to provide the superior tensile strength required for severe-duty builds and forced induction or high-compression environments.
This kit features Wiseco's proprietary ArmorGlide skirt coating to minimize friction, reduce wear, and provide quieter operation during cold starts. The strutted forging design optimizes the strength-to-weight ratio, allowing the piston to withstand high cylinder pressures without unnecessary mass.
