Designed for high-output Mitsubishi 4G64 blocks utilizing 4G63 cylinder heads, this Wiseco Professional Series piston kit is engineered for the rigors of heavy-duty racing. These forged pistons feature a 10.5:1 compression ratio specifically optimized for E85 fuel, providing the structural integrity needed for high-cylinder-pressure environments.
Each piston is machined in the USA from 2618 aluminum alloy for superior tensile strength compared to standard alloys. The skirts are treated with Wiseco's proprietary ArmorGlide coating to reduce friction, minimize wear, and ensure quieter operation. The kit includes precision-machined ring grooves and forced pin oiling to maintain lubrication under extreme loads.
