Engineered for high-performance Subaru WRX engine builds, the Wiseco Professional Series Forged Piston Kit delivers the structural integrity required for heavy to severe duty racing applications. These pistons are forged and machined in the USA from high-tensile 2618 aluminum alloy, providing the superior temperature resistance and strength necessary for high-boost forced induction environments.
This kit features a 4v R/Dome design and 92mm bore to achieve an 8.4:1 compression ratio. To ensure long-term reliability under extreme cylinder pressures, Wiseco includes precision-machined anti-detonation grooves and forced pin oiling for consistent wrist pin lubrication. The piston skirts are treated with ArmorGlide coating to reduce friction and mechanical noise while preventing scuffing during high-load operation.
