Wiseco Professional Series forged racing pistons are engineered for the extreme thermal and mechanical loads of high-horsepower 2JZGTE builds. Machined from high-strength 2618 aluminum alloy, these pistons provide the tensile strength required for high-boost and severe-duty racing applications. The asymmetric skirt design optimizes the piston profile to reduce reciprocating weight while maintaining a full-width skirt on the high-load thrust side for maximum stability.
This set features Wiseco’s proprietary ArmorGlide skirt coating, which reduces friction and operating noise while providing superior seizure resistance. Advanced machining includes forced pin oiling for improved lubrication and anti-detonation grooves to protect the ring land and enhance seal under high cylinder pressures.
