The Yukon Gear & Axle SK CSJK-F Crush Sleeve Eliminator replaces the standard factory collapsible crush sleeve with a precision-machined solid spacer and shim kit. This upgrade is critical for high-torque applications and off-road use where a standard crush sleeve can collapse further under load, leading to a loss of pinion bearing preload and catastrophic gear failure.

By utilizing a solid spacer, you can achieve and maintain a consistent pinion preload that remains stable even under extreme conditions. This kit also simplifies future service; should you need to replace a pinion seal, you can simply re-torque the pinion nut without the need to install a new crush sleeve or re-verify the preload depth from scratch.
